Where do you offer services?
We currently serve clients located in Wisconsin. All treatments and consultations are provided virtually, so you can get care from the comfort of your home.
Do I need a consultation before starting treatment?
Yes, for hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and men’s testosterone, an initial free phone consultation is required, followed by a video telehealth visit with our medical provider.
For skin care and longevity treatments, only the phone consultation is needed.
Supplements can be purchased directly — no consultation required.
Will I need lab work or blood tests?
Only if you’re starting hormone therapy or testosterone. Our provider will guide you through the process to ensure it’s safe and appropriate.
No lab work is needed for our other treatments.
Are your treatments prescription-based?
Yes, all of our medical treatments are prescription-based and reviewed by a licensed medical provider to ensure the best results and safety.
How are prescriptions delivered?
Prescriptions are either shipped directly to you or to your local pharmacy, depending on the medication.
How long does it take to get started?
The timeline varies by treatment. After your initial consultation, most clients begin treatment within a few days to a week, depending on what service is selected.
Do you accept insurance?
We are able to accept insurance depending on the type of medication. Contact us for more details.
Can I just order supplements without a consultation?
Yes! Our clinical-grade supplements can be ordered directly, no consultation or appointment required. Simply browse our curated selection under “Products” > “Supplements” and use the link to find what you need. These supplements are practitioner-approved and meet the highest standards for quality and effectiveness.
Is support available after I start treatment?
Yes! You’ll have access to our secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal where you can message your provider, manage appointments, and receive ongoing support.
