Our medications are compounded from a highly reputable FDA-approved 503A compounding pharmacy that exceeds national standards to ensure quality and safety. The FDA has designated 503A compounding pharmacies as those that compound according to prescriptions specific to specific patients and are required by state boards of pharmacy to comply with USP and other guidelines.

What is a telehealth appointment?

A telehealth appointment is essentially an online doctors appointment. It is a video call using our patient portal between you and the provider. Treat a telehealth appointment the same way you would any doctors appointment. Using telehealth makes it easy and convenient for people to get treatment. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out before or after making an appointment.

About The Owner

My name is Vicki Ray, the Midwest 360 Wellness & Rejuvenation owner. I am a Board-certified nurse practitioner holding both a master’s and doctorate degrees with advanced training in Medical Weight Management, Wellness, and Aesthetics. With over 35 years of experience in the medical field, including specializing in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and aesthetics settings, I am passionate about educating and assisting others in health & wellness, weight management, and anti-aging/aesthetics. My business is a result of my own positive experiences with these services. I believe in staying current with the latest and safest medical treatments. At Midwest 360 Wellness & Rejuvenation, we will focus on crafting personalized and achievable strategies from the start to help clients reach their goals. Beyond my profession, I’ve enjoyed a wonderful marriage of 30+ years, blessed with 2 grown sons and an amazing daughter-in-law. As a family, we enjoy spending quality time outdoors, surrounded by the beauty of the Midwest.
